The service from TDM funerals was outstanding. Having never had to do anything like this before I was at a total loss with everything. I called dozens for quotes to fit around a budget and what my mum would have wanted and none of them were very helpful, too expensive or not compassionate. So I kept searching and then came across TDM and I am so thankful I found them. They took amazing care of my mum, helped me every step of the way to take the pressure off and all for a low cost. Everything was included and more than what I expected. Lucy conducted the service with Grace and respect and was completely hands on. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again Lucy for today it really was special

Just been to my sister Julie’s funeral, it was everything my sister wanted it to be and more. Julie had known for a while she would need their services and became firm friends with Lucy after she arranged two prior family affairs. No one left disappointed or miserable afterwards. I would like to thank Lucy and her staff for making the transition so friendly and not long winded with the usual promises of fire and brimstone and big mansions with endless rooms, a bit like this review actually. So. Thank you from all the family and friends.

5 stars are not enough. Respect, care, empathy, calm professionalism, clarity, support. Cannot find enough words to express how brilliant Lucy and her team are. You pay a reasonable price but what you actually get is outstanding – way beyond the norm.

I would like to thank Lucy and her team at TDM Funeral Services for always being there for me, always warm, caring and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. Expertly handling and explaining each step of the process to me with sincerity and clarity I could not have got through my sons’ funeral without Lucy’s’ support. I felt that she was more than just an excellent Funeral Director but instead a dear friend guiding me through a difficult time. We are in the North East 100s of miles away from TDM s base but this wasnt a problem for them And the funeral service they provided for my younger brother yesterday was absolutely beautiful
Lucy made us all feel like she really knew him and was part of the family I cannot stress enough what a brilliant job this amazing lady does and Thank You just doesnt seem adequate. And all this done for a fair and affordable price too

On the 25th of may my family lost a loved one…. As with so many people I’m sure, planning a funeral was the last thing on our minds. But thanks to the kind, caring and compassionate people at TDM my sister funeral was beautiful. They helped us every step of the way, they where there to offer support and comfort, they gave us time and space and being on a low income they was able to help us afford a wonderful send off my sister so rightfully deserved. Each moment was thought out beautifully and the respect my family was shown was unbelievable. I personally couldn’t recommend them enough, they made what was a very hard day and little bit easier.

I really don’t know where to begin! Lucy is one in a million, she’s caring, thoughtful and always goes above and beyond, nothing is too much. Lucy and her wonderful team cared for my dad and my family and quite honestly we could not have got through it without her. We could not have asked for more. Our dad passed away in the thick of the pandemic of Covid-19. Lucy reassured us that we would be able to see our dad before his final journey, even though most funeral homes refused, Lucy made it possible for us. We cannot thank Lucy and her team enough for everything they did. We highly recommend TDM, Lucy and her team are fantastic! The service they provide is exceptional from beginning to end. Thank you all 😘
