The service from TDM funerals was outstanding. Having never had to do anything like this before I was at a total loss with everything. I called dozens for quotes to fit around a budget and what my mum would have wanted and none of them were very helpful, too expensive or not compassionate. So I kept searching and then came across TDM and I am so thankful I found them. They took amazing care of my mum, helped me every step of the way to take the pressure off and all for a low cost. Everything was included and more than what I expected. Lucy conducted the service with Grace and respect and was completely hands on. Nothing was too much trouble. I really don’t know where to begin! Lucy is one in a million, she’s caring, thoughtful and always goes above and beyond, nothing is too much. Lucy and her wonderful team cared for my dad and my family and quite honestly we could not have got through it without her. We could not have asked for more. Our dad passed away in the thick of the pandemic of Covid-19. Lucy reassured us that we would be able to see our dad before his final journey, even though most funeral homes refused, Lucy made it possible for us. On the 25th of may my family lost a loved one…. As with so many people I’m sure, planning a funeral was the last thing on our minds. But thanks to the kind, caring and compassionate people at TDM my sister funeral was beautiful.
